Hot Dinner Menu

Week 1

Week beginning 21 April, 19 May, 23 June and 15 July

Monday: Chicken curry and rice, or, a jacket potato with cheese, baked beans or tuna mayo served with peas

Fruit yoghurt, Semolina biscuit or raisins

Tuesday: Roast chicken or halal chicken or Quorn fillet, roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding with optional gravy

Flapjack cookie, fresh fruit salad, fruit yoghurt or raisins

Wednesday: Pork meatballs, halal chicken or vegetables in a tomato-based sauce or

macaroni cheese with pasta and garlic bread and diced mixed vegetables

Fruit jelly, fruit yoghurt or raisins

Thursday: Chicken burger in a bread roll and Southern Coated potato wedges and optional tomato ketchup with salad

(Gluten free/halal/plant-based vegetarian/vegan burger available)

Chocolate shortcake, fruit yoghurt, selection of fresh fruit or raisins

Friday: Fish star or veggie nuggets and chips

with sweetcorn or baked beans

Week 2

Week beginning 28 April, 2 June and 30 June

Monday: Chicken curry and rice, or a jacket potato with cheese, baked beans or tuna mayo served with a mixed salad or sweetcorn

Melting Moments or fruit yoghurt

Tuesday: Pork sausage with mashed potatoes and Yorkshire pudding,

carrots and broccoli, optional gravy

Chocolate iced sponge, fresh fruit salad or fruit yoghurt

Wednesday: Beef bolognaise or lasagna with pasta,

peas and garlic bread
