In Science, the children used disclosing tablets to highlight the plaque on their teeth as you can see from the photos below! They then identifed the best strategies to brush their teeth and assessed how they need to remove plaque from their teeth better. They brought their toothbrushes and toothpaste from home, using mirrors to help, they then cleaned their teeth. Children soon realised how much brushing this took and were amazed to see their tongue still bright pink!! Why was this?
